When you send a form on the website, we process the data you provide yourself: your name and email address, your phone number and company if you give them, and your message.

With the enquiry we store which language version and page you sent it from, and when you gave your consent.

To protect the forms against spam and abuse, your IP address is also processed. It is not stored in our systems; it is only held briefly in memory to limit how many enquiries can be sent.

We use the data to answer your enquiry – with a quote, for example – and for further contact about the same matter. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form and can withdraw at any time.

Protection against spam and abuse is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the forms secure.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the business contact that follows from it. After that, it is deleted.

We never sell your data. To receive and answer enquiries we use suppliers who process data on our behalf:

Mailgun delivers the enquiry to our inbox. We use Mailgun's EU region.

Sanity stores incoming enquiries so that we can handle them.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a human.

Vercel hosts the website and produces anonymous visitor statistics, without cookies and without storing personal data.

Where a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to request that processing be restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive data you have provided in a machine-readable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
